My son and Girlfriend are homeless, she is 12 weeks pregnant. Can they go thru path and be placed together, because they went and someone told them in order to be placed together they have to pay $35....is this true

Thats not true. But $35 is the cost for a domestic partner ship. You have to be either married or have a valid birth certificate that has the father listed as the father on the document. For ppl that has neither they have to go get a domestic partner ship
