At what time does path offivially opens

So what is the best time to be there?And do your children need to be present ?

They r 24hrs but the change shifts st 8am so I suggest u get their at st 7am because all the ppl that came in the night b4, the bus drops them back at 730 745 and if u get there around that time they will have u wait in line along with the over nighters up until 8am hits to start calling the ppl on line n trust me, that is not a line u wanna wait on.

Path is open 24/7 but for placement they start at 7am till 3pm anybody comes after 3pm will be placed for the night and sent back to path in the am

They say that but i been thru path before and they stop taking ppl in at a certain tim cuase case wotkees only work until a certain time so my question now is what time do they start seein ppl again in the morning
