Yes if you have children they will not let you become homeless. I would go to them as soon as possible so that they can help you to get the money to stop the eviction. Bring whatever paperwork you have, birth certificates, any bills you may have in your name and please bring the court documents. There's a lot of resources out there for you and your family.
Go to them ..have you heard about fegs? they help with rent ! Also did you when to housing court to put a stop on the eviction notice ? You have a child they wont allowed that!! Home base can help with lots of things but if you go to court the legal aide appointed will help you get the same programs that home base can the only different is they can stop an eviction from happening ause they know the law!!!
