U would need a eviction notice or police report stating that your mother doesn't want or have room for you in her home. But make sure she doesn't change her mind!!! Good Luck
If your mother says she doesn't want you in her home and there's no space for you they will take you. They will go speak to your mother so make sure everything is on the up and up.
She has to legally evict you. They are frugal and taking you odd the list may not be enough especially if there's room for you. Best bet is for her to go to housing court and get a 10 day order to vacate form for you after telling them she gave you a month to leave. They'll except that
