How do you get help from PATH? Do they place you in shelter, hotel or apartment? I really would like to know how to go about seeking help from here for me and my 2 kids. We need somewhere we can call home.

I assume every shelter is different. When I went they placed me in a 1bedroom apt with my kids. Just make sure you have all of your birth certificates, socials and proof you have no where to go

They will place you where there is availability. It can be in any of the 5 boroughs of NYC. From buildings to hotels. They will ask you to bri g i. Docu.e tation for the past 2 years as to where you lived and why you cant live there anymore. They will make home visits there and inquire. Docume ts are needed to sustain placement. Best. T.
