Did you call and ask for an appointment and ask there schedule
They not open every Saturday they are open every other Saturday, so today they might just be close
I think its only open on certain Saturdays. Not every sat. Make sure if u have the appointment paper you bring it to there attention tht u had an appt sat and no one was there. If you have an appt for today and they weren't goin to be open they usually call and reschedule everyone
