Yes you need the birth certificate for both and their photos as well. About the money order get 3 . One for each .good luck . I already got my passport and my baby too .

About Money order you need 3. And about birth certificate: yes you will need it. Just try to call them between 10am and 1 pm and you need to insist till you get the answer you call.
