The consulate has signed for my passport (M. Mohammed), though they discuss with me ‘“we do not have it” ! My problem, is only , how do I convince the people of Algeria consulate to release my passport?

Passport does come and issued from Algeria so it may said it is ready but might take few days to receive it. If there is more other problem you can email them if not just go there as they are open on Saturday's.

The visa process is at least 10 business days
