Well if your traveling to algeria as a tourist you will need a tourist visa but before you can obtain one, you must receive an invitation letter from the person you are visiting, along with flight itinery, visa application( filled online in all caps, and with a signed signature in black ink by hand) along with bank statement, and a money order ( only from a post office) in the amount of $ 160.00...i hope this helps you
