Without power for 8 days now. Jcp&l promises to restore is worthless. How can I be sure that they know I’m out when I don’t even show up on the outage grid? Have a confirmation # I’m not hopeful. Any offices open so I can see a real person?

Ouch,,call or go online to find out what procedures have to be followed,,also take pics and videos of any losses that are piling up,,, wish ya luck,itll take a while to get back to normal,took me a few weeks,and the workers are busting their tails

Honestly sit tight i know a worker personally and they are struggling due to other companies, for example is substation #1 has 3 electric companies that use that they have to collaborate time to get it running together, trust me the person i know from jcp&l hasn't been home for almost 13 days now because hes out there trying his best other complaines can create a yield in time as well
