i understand that places can be short staffed but if thats the case hire more people . i have called numerous times i either get hanged up on or no one answers ever . a medical center with no response is really unsettling. you guys need to do better and not leave people hanging like that. find a better system or have stay home reps during this tough time in need. seriously i never heard a phone line sounding busy

Hello Kathryn, Access is not yet available to the general public. The state just expanded access to law enforcement officers and firefighters last week. As access continues to expand it will be announced on the state website here: https://covid19.nj.gov/pages/vaccine
Zufall Health only offers rapid COVID testing to patients who need aerosol producing dental procedures at our facilities. For all other patients, COVID testing can take 3 - 5 days to receive results. That being said, we do accept the insurance plans you mentioned. If you are an established patient of Zufall and you still want COVID Testing, you can call our Morristown office at 973.267.0002.
