The Venue does not control this, rather the artists or show renting it do. Most do not have a policy.

Camera policy is up to the artist. Phones and point and shoot cameras have been allowed at every show I've attended there. Some have asked for no tripods or cameras with exchangeable lenses. The box office should know on the day of the show the camera policy for that event.

It probably depends on the show that you are seeing. We were allowed to but if they video for tv or sells you might not be allowed to.
