Michael, If you are in Oklahoma City, OK, please CHECK-IN at one of the homeless shelters and ask for a case manager: Homeless Alliance 1724 NW 4th St., 405-415-8410; City Care Nigh Shelter 532 N Villa Ave., 405-724-8439; City Rescue Mission 800 W California, 405232-2709 When you are assigned a case manager, you will have access to other social services. It’s a good path to take to get off the streets. You may also call the hotline at 2-1-1 to be referred to other resources you may need. Upward Transitions provides specific services to our community which are: (1) rent and utility assistance to at-risk households to avoid eviction and (2) ID retrieval for those experiencing homelessness. This is how we help. Other agencies provide shelter, medical, and meet other basic needs. We work in collaboration with other agencies in the community to meet your needs. Take care, Upward Transitions
