The fishing lake and the swimming lake are both small. Now there was 1 time where my son used someones kayak and kayaked at the swimming lake but outside of the part you swim at. And noone said anything. But it was only 1 time

I don't beleive so. Its quite small. There is a fishing lake, and a swimming lake.
