We stayed here for the first time last weekend! The only campground I have ever been too with not one staff or security at night! Around 1 or 2 am dogs were freaking out (not ours) and we heard noises around the camper! Not staff or security to call. But if I were to go outside using my 2nd amendment I’d be in the wrong tho huh….. it’s absolutely insane that with probably close to 600 sites averaging 2-3 people a site 1800 people and this place offers nothing safety wise for its guests. On a positive note the band that played on the 9th was absolutely incredible! The lead singer was amazing with the kids! Running out into the field and playing with the kids and staying a tad late because everyone loved them! I for sure would go back just for them! All in all. There is no way this park can’t afford a security guard at night! At least pretend like you care about your guests and provide some sense of security.

We have stayed here in the past as well, and it’s a hit or miss. Location is convenient for us, and there are multiple things that can be done. But a big problem is the staff is super rude, they aren’t flexible at all. We stayed in chalet cabins which were small and were expensive for a campground. At checkout, they asked us to return the keys at the office and stay there until the staff cleans up the cabin and makes sure everything is proper. So we wasted 30 mins until then finish cleaning and counting their spoons and forks. I have never seen such checkout process anywhere. Also after checkout you can’t stay in common areas or use pool, mini golf etc. Moreover they say quite hours start at 11pm, but until 2am they had a group singing and doing karaoke on mic and there was no one to check and stop them. They charged us a tax on our bookings which was much higher than PA tax rate and no one in there office had an answer on why are they charging a higher rate. Overall the experience wasn’t very good for the price we payed.

Nice campground. As a Good Sam’s member and a camper for over thirty years my expectations were higher. Made reservations on line, was charged full price at this time. Upon arrival I checked into the office to get my GS discount and was told since I reserved a full hook up site that discount did not apply. Sites could have been more level.

We loved their and plan on going back soon!! It was relaxing and the whole family had so much fun doing so many things. The arcade room my teenagers loved. The mini golf and both pools was a big hit for us all. As for myself, I loved the hot tub. We loved our cabin and already have it booked for our next visit their. It even has a fully functional kitchen.
