Fast customer service ⭐, quick replies while communicating online ⭐ and even understanding when we arrived close to closing time ⭐. Unfortunately, the appliance that we purchased, although discounted, was not functional as they'd said it was 👎 - we couldn't even get it open because of all the dents. It was a 4hr round trip drive of disappointment. Oh and the 90day return policy written on our receipt became a 30day return when we called it in 👎.

Just purchased a 3rd dehumidifier, for my brother-in-law. He loves it. I've had ours for over 2 yrs, and my son's , for 6 months. They all work great. Can't beat the prices, and the office , and warehouse staff are great. Now that I know they sell larger appliances, I know where I'll be checking first.Thanks so much for your review! Ordered a compact refrigerator freezer for my daughter at college. The unit was like new condition and order and pick up was ready the next day.
