You have to meet a certain criteria, and you do NOT have to have a child living in the home. If you are unemployed you can be approved for soonercare immediately, however if you have children in the home, and depending on how many, you are allowed to make a certain amount of money for them to still be able to accept you. However, they DO NOT offer dental. Extractions ONLY are paid for. You will have to get an individual policy for that. Hope this helps!

From my understanding an adult must have a minor child living with them that qualifies and then only one adult.
