At 20 you don't "opt out", they kick you off. Child support is non taxable income, so they don't count it as an income factor. Edit: They won't tell you that non pregnant adults over 19 qualify for soonercare, but low income is all you need.

Briena is correct. DO NOT put the income you receive for child support. Soonercare does not count that as income. That is your childs.
