Why doesn't the driver call you, if they can't find you at the hospital? I was left for over an hour, because the driver couldn't find me. I was in the same place the nurse told him, on the phone.

My driver did call me. I told him the wing side of the building and when he didn't see me he called.

That's a good question, but sorry I don't have a answer. That is pretty bad. They send you a questionnaire about good or bad service. Fill it out.
