This is the worst place to get your cpap supplies and equipment. They are under staffed. When one leaves a message, they never return the phone call. The staff changes frequently, probably because they are under paid for the amount of work they are expected to provide.

Don’t return calls. EOB shows denied for pre certification, however they’re still trying to bill me instead of re submitting claim. No one else bills for covered services after you’ve reached your out of pocket max except majors.

I have been using MM for just over a year. When it comes time to pay my monthly bill I like to do it over the phone, no one ever answers and I call multiple times a day. I always leave a message but I never get a call back. Last month the lady in billing actually called to check on something. I told her then that I'd been trying to make a payment. She took my CC info and said she would process it. She didn't. Today I received an invoice with late fees! I tried to call them to dispute the bill, but of course they didn't answer. This company is a joke. I have also found that on some statements I get charged for items that I have already paid for. I just don't understand why this whole process is so difficult... Edit... I called MM this morning and after pressing different extensions, talked to a guy who was polite. I told him the issue and he assured me the manager would return my call that day. She didn't. Why am I not surprised!
