Everytime I have went its been 4+ hours of just waiting. First they have you wait up front with a full lobby for a few hours. Then you get asked to come behind the door and finish waiting on the couch feet away from lobby with multiple people back there. Crowded is an understatement, It's crowded with people back there and very very unprofessional. The Dr had prescribed me 4 different seizure meds when i had no active seizures, he made me have episodes during this time when I was already on Keppra for seizures he made me quit. It is very unprofessional here. They're just a pill mill and only care about money not the patients needs. I have filed a report for this inconvenience of health.

This place is very rude on the phone, everyone you call and talk to just sounds annoyed that you called in the first place. Really turns you off immediately. You figure a mental health facility would be kind a welcoming to people that may have anxiety when talking to strangers on the phone.

They charge a $45 dollar co pay even when you don't even have a co pay cause your insurance is paying it. They are double dipping!!!

There is one doctor there that does but he's kinda hard to see, it just takes him forever so be ready to spend the day.
They just have ZERO respect for peoples time?
With the exception of Dr. Al-Khouri & his amazing assistant Brandy, there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would continue to be a patient at this "Dr's office!". I've been seen there for 4+years, & it's only gotten worse honestly. There are a multitude of red flag, urgent issues that need and deserve attention IMMEDIATELY! The pure lack of professionalism from the women (Mary) at the reception desk is completely appalling! It's hard enough finding the courage to be seen for mental health issues, but then to be treated, spoken to, and dealt with like you are "Beneath" them for a lack of better words is absolutely terrible and often make many of the patients conditions worse.
Good but too much waiting
