My son lives in one of the properties they manage and had had the worse respond to a leaking roof and no repair to ceiling that now is starting to grow mold!! They will be hearing from our attorneys very soon!!!

If I could give negative stars I definitely would because in no way does this place deserve any positive stars. Complete home rentals owns the Bali apartments and are doing a horrible job maintaining them. I have family that live out on this property and have been out there a lot and I personally think the apartments need to condemned. First off they list that the apartments have dishwashers, a laundry facility and they don’t. The place is unsafe for women and children, there’s a lot of homeless people lingering on the property and not to mention all the gun shots. People are breaking into the cars in the parking lot. The maintenance for this apartment complex does not do their jobs at all there is problems on tops of problems here. Such as black mold growing in the walls, air conditioners not working, bug problems, problems with the plumbing. This list could go on and on. They let all these problems go on they will not go out and fix the problems. This place either needs to be shut down or they need to take care of their tenants. There’s no way that people should have to live that like when they’re paying rent and pay it on time. On top of all the Complete home renters are very rude, unprofessional, and uncaring because there’s no way that they would want their families to be living in that type of way but yet they let other people live with those circumstances. They need to do better as a company.
