When they finally did answer the phone (after 3 days of calling) the girl couldn't answer a single question. And these weren't complicated queries: "Do you have (insert medical device) in stock? How quickly can (device) be obtained if not? I honestly don't know how this place stays in business.

Good luck getting a reply from them. ...update: They have been bought out. And we have better service. Must be short timers attitude they knew there days was numbered. We got my middle sons growth kit on his wheelchair. Now the oldest is waiting
