Would it be appropriate to bring a 2 year old to a group dinner at Pietro's Prime?

I have seen small children in there but usually before 8 o'clock. After that it turns into more of a bar crowd with live music several days a week.

I think Pietros is kid tolerant not kid friendly. I brought my niece there but she was acting up so we left didn't want to disturb the other guests
