1st customer of day, I arrived at 515pm for my 530 reservation. Staff sitting at table on phones....somebody could clean the glass doors? Owner/manager v sloppy dressed, no welcome, no atmosphere. Seems to have a huge shortage of ice!! No ice for waters and little for ice bucket. Tables very small w big menus water and glasses bread and side plates wine....no room for dinner plates. Food was ok. altho for a table of 4 we were not served at same time and vegs 10mins later...?? Separate checks was disaster 4 manager to work out!! No idea why! Media is far superior!!

Brutal experience at Fellini Cafe. We arrived on time for our reservation, and waited almost 10 minutes for a hostess to come over and greet us. Once they greeted us we were seated and promptly received our bread and water. I guess that is when we became invisible again. We were right near the entrance to the kitchen so waiters/waitresses walked past us repeatedly but nobody even looked at us. We just sat there with our bottle of wine (unopened) and bread for 5, 10, 20 minutes. At one point we heard one of the waitresses comment to another that we had been sitting there for awhile, so we thought maybe they would come over at that point, but no. After 25 minutes we decided to head up the street to Fiorello Cafe where we had a lovely dinner. I get places are short-staffed, and we are very understanding of that, but to not even have someone come over and say they’ll be right with us is something. And we were not the only ones…another couple followed us out the door after not receiving getting any service either. Such a shame because the food that came by looked delicious.

There are several Fellini within 45 minutes of one another, same name and similar menus, but unknown to me if related. Great selection of pasta, proteins and salads. Decent price point and ridiculously large portions. Like a pound of pasta per order, enough for two or more meals. Aurora sauce is excellent, just enough cream to be not too rich. My wife usually gets the ravioli with it. This time she tried the Penne Putanesca which she enjoyed very much. I usually get, without any thought, a variation the Penne Fellini with Prosciutto di Parma peas, onions in a light cream sauce. This time I tried something different as well - the tagliatelle with asparagus, I substituted penne for the tagliatelle, though. Another great part is that it is BYOB. Try it, you'll like it.

If its wasnt for the portion size I would of gave them a 2. There was no flavor on anything. Mussels taste like water. The red sauce isnt the best. The chicken parm is two thin cutlets on top of each other you think your getting a nice chicken breast nope just 2 cutlets.

Hi Talia. We don’t not have gluten free pasta but we can accommodate with chicken, veal and salads. Grilled chicken parm, grilled veal picatta or Marsala and also fish.
