Bad service
Read the reviews.... they speak volumes.
The waiter forgot my order of fries on my dine in order and again on my take out order. Overall the food was good but the service was not so good.
I think that, like any other place, sometimes it's better than others. We had great service, food was hot and fresh, and the manager was accommodating.
Well I have the rack of ribs twice a week, although i do call my order in ill be told 10 to 15 my order would ready for pick up an it usually is but never to my satisfaction. Due to that i recieved a free appetizer of bone in JD wings which is my second favorite...JUST LAST WEEKEND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY ORDER MY FOOD COOKED TO PERFECTION JUST AS I HAD ASKED WERE AS THE GENTLEMAN THAT TOOK MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE CASHED ME OUT PROMPTLY AN I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE AT THE DOOR SERVICE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES SEEMLY TO PAY FOR MY ORDER AND FOOD COLD....THANKS TO THAT GENTLEMAN WILL KEEP ME GOING BACK...I DIDNT LET THOSE 3 BAD APPLES SPOIL THE WHOLE TREE FOR ME....ON MY WAY AS WE SPEAK TO HAVE MY RACK
Just leaving out. The waiter or was nice. However they were out of draft beer. Charged more for the bottle and was not made aware...ordered a side salad and the plate was dirty..was charged for the salad..daughter food took forever to come out and the requested to speak with a manager no one ever came to the table...Run...Run..dont waist your money
Depends on the service, I never had a bad experience
