Scary looking low income apts. I went there to visit someone. The breezeways are filthy with trash in them and cobwebs. Not clean outside at all. I like that they have a playground but very small for the amount of apts they have.

Contacted management a few times about squirrels in the roof for the past year only for it to get worse, the scratching early in the morning for HOURS is enough to make you want to pull your hair out

The rooms are a mess nothing but Roach infestation grounds men don't clean stairways the most they do are pick up cigarettes buds and be in every bodies business. High rent with nothing to show for it a complete waste of money

Central Air. The ac system works pretty well. Nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The thermostats are old and cheap, but they get the job done.

Good heating and air conditioning, very fast to fix it if something goes wrong. Lived in 2 different buildings, never any roaches.
