If you want to purchase regular items yes. However to gain access to the Costco pharmacy without a membership, you simple need to tell the card checker at the door you are their to visit the pharmacy and they should let you right in. Once in, it doesn’t give you access to buy anything you want in the store. You are limited to making purchases from the pharmacy (and in some states, alcohol)
Yes, but you can get food at the food court without a membership. You can shop there without a membership if you have and pay with a gift card though.
