Today, I decided to cut ties with this practice as a result of poor management practices. I missed my appointment for a deep cleaning and the receptionist manager began her disrespectful remarks on the phone like she was talking to a 17 y/o kid. Ma’am, you need to go back to the drawing board and learn how to speak and grant respect to customers, especially when they are giving you the same courtesy. Yes, I missed my appointment; however, when you claim that someone called me a day prior to remind me of such appointment, and that was not the case, that makes you a liar. Your office did sent me a text, which I decided not to answered as I was waiting for the VA to authorize the estimate you gave me. When you refused to listen and not allow customers to make the necessary payment arrangements from insurance providers before began the procedure, it is called “poor management” as there is no assurance that the provider will get paid for her services… Now I get to understand why the VA send me somewhere else to get things done. Moving forward, I will gladly pay your $225.00 fee and advise other people to think twice about receiving services from your practice.

Ekta, my hygienist, gave me the most extensive and thorough cleaning I've ever had. She is so professional and gentle. Dr. Z did my examine, and to my surprise said I didn't need to have a lot of work done.The front desk staff is warm and friendly.Aneesah took care of all my paper work ahead, so, I could be seen right away. Great service!
