Who's the owner and how do you contact them

VCU gives you the number, if you are indigent and need a place to stay, if you are a patient visiting the hospital.

I contacted them through VCU.

I've never been there.

I'm not sure i guess you could call the doorways and ask or ask personnel at VCU hospital
