Not necessarily. It would make things easier. When appts are set you have someone for a block of time. When you walk in you're invading. I have walked in about time. Twice for my dresses & once for the paarty attire. I showed up twice in one week with no appointment. My daughter's prom dress ( first time ) and finally her friends prom dress. APPOINTMENT ARE BEST FOR EVERYONE!!!

You can do a walk in. They will not turn you away if you walk in. If you choose to walk in, they still treat you like any other client and will take the time to help you.
