The Rowing Club has a great view of the the water and balcony area. Very nice for small to medium size events in my opinion, plenty of space for parking. We held my grandmas 75th birthday party here and it was so nice, would definitely have an event here again.

Yes, there are always the outdoor ones. I'm not sure if the indoor bathrooms are available
Depends what shell you take out, they fit anywhere from single rowers to eight plus a coxswain. Two sweep rowers are a pair, while sculling it's called a double. Same for a four and a quad when 4 rowers are in a shell, although the quad typically lacks a cox. (Jokes aside, this is a boathouse and I encourage you to look into Baltimore Community Rowing: https://www.baltimorerowing.org/) If you just care about the space as a venue, inside is fairly tight and would get smaller if you have tables and chairs. I'd guess over 50 people would get uncomfortable. There's more room outside on the deck when the weather is nice.
Yes
