Don't even try to park here during happy hour unless you are staying here.
I live next door to castle in the sands where coconuts is located. The large parking lot at the hotel is for hotel guests only. There is street parking available for anyone, but it is difficult to find a spot in summer. Across the street and one block north is the convention center, and they have a masive parking spot they open for public parking on events and some weekends. I agree with the bus recommendation. Its $3 to ride unlimited for one day and is worth the crowded ride.

Better off parking by your hotel and taking the drunk bus to the Castle and Coconut's happy hour. Definitely worth it!
