The drivers can open the doors to the vehicles if it's necessary for towing (ie. Emergency brake is on, the vehicle doesn't have locked steering so the steering needs to be manually locked, etc.)
Wow you really hang around this business a lot with all these questions you ask and answer. No, they are not supposed to enter your vehicle. But you should be locking your doors anyways.
