Work /life balance. Mrs Olean is there 90% + of the time. Soo 430am til 4 is a long day. She likes to walk, church and spend time in the community as well.

I believe that since they begin breakfast in the early a.m. and then they have an opportunity to prepare lunch for their customers it is so much work is so hot being an individual who has cooked in the Navy and cook fast food restaurants and have been a kitchen manager I understand that it is a lot of work between 5:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the day to prepare meals clean up and so that's probably why they don't entertain dinner because they do so much breakfast and so much lunch it's not a bad thing actually
They're only open for breakfast and lunch
I've never tried the breakfast but the lunch is so good! I too wish they'd stay open for dinner but God bless her for allowing us to enjoy it at all ❤️

I'm going to agree with the Elder..love the food
They open really early for breakfast and lunch that it gives them plenty of time to do that if they close for dinner.Prep time,clean up and whatnot,otherwise makes sense but the breakfast is worth it.
