You find hotel's on 98 in medart,fl. But my I suggests wakulla lodge it is dated back to 1932..beautiful place! Food there is amazing! Staff are wonderful! Room are super clean!! And you are right beside wakulla river!
There are motels in the area.
Tallahassee is about 18 miles north of St. Mark's National Wildlife Refuge. You should find all all the motels, restaurants, etc. there, if not closer. Be sure to ask the St. Mark's visitor center staff about earning their free GPS Adventure Trail pins using your smart phone or handheld GPS. It's easy and fun!
Your best chance is probably looking at VRBO or Airbnb for rentals in the area.
