This is a very lovely area if you like swamps (which I do) with a large variety of wildlife. Over the years, I've seen wild boars, alligators, snakes, otters and deer, not to mention the many species of birds that live here. There is also a bit of history to discover. Parking is not an issue but if you're sensitive to biting insects, bug spray is recommended.

The food plots are NOT kept up. Just weeds. But I did well hunting away from food plots. The deer are in the swamps

I haven't found much. There is a small stream that appears after a good, long rain. Any fish there are ravaged by the otters and racoons. There is supposedly an old rickety boardwalk out into the marsh that might get you to high tide water, but what I've seen of it I wouldn't trust with my weight.
