The service needs work, but the food is excellent. They don't give you much for the price either...2 people cost $100 with 2 entrees, 2 apps and no cocktails.
The food was good, but I don't think it was worth the price. I had a couple cocktails and they were pretty good. The missed potatoes were the best thing we had there, they were very well seasoned, not bland at all
I disagree Bob. The one in Jacksonville was actually great with fantastic service.
Food was pretty good. Only had apps...drinks were ok...bartender was very rude. Got there at 634. It was POURING rain out. Wouldnt give us happy hour price because we were 4 mins late... not

I only went once as ee are from out of town but my son goes there occasionally. I thought it was very nice. Clean, newer, comfortable, nice ambience and the food was presented nicely and very flavorful. You can check the prices online but I thought it a little higher than some others but considering the quality and atmosphere I was quite pleased. I highly recommend.

Actually it was quite average. The Charlotte, NC location has it together but this one in Town Center Jacksonville needs to iron out the kinks. Service was just ok, food quite greasy.
I liked it a lot! Ive only eaten there once, and the food was delicious! Large portions. I ate the flounder sandwich and loved it! When i went, there was a miscommunication between waiters, so we waited awhile before we were served, but once the staff got it sorted out, the service was excellent. I'll definitely be going back
