Either the chicken is undercooked or overcooked. Usually come home with the wrong order. All too often the food taste like old grease, and is usually cold.
I wish this location would either change a whole lot. Or close. Nothing but bad reviews and when I went to talk to someone "above" Nothing. Terrible business and service should not be accepted for all the money we pay!

The food used to be good I don't know why or what happened?
Generally that's the problem everywhere with KFC. It's really not fair but it's a reality they used to be number one. But with the Advent of Popeyes they have stiff competition and to tell you the truth it's a lot better it's not as greasy although the coleslaw is definitely different it really is good you just have to get used to it. It's just going to be a little bit of time before this enough Popeyes to feed us all but be patient and go for it.
