The worse customer service ever. I sat in line for hour and half only to get in the park lot and the attendant let two cars get in front of me talking about they were in line in the parking lot waiting before me. I had a white car in front of me not a gray car. What must have happened is the cars before me would not let the two cars sitting on the side get in front of them and they were not able to back out so they let them get in front of me. After I've been waiting so long. When I expressed my feelings of frustration the attendant going to tell me its not that big of deal. It is a big deal I waited entirely to long for you to let 2 cars get in front of me. I will never come to this car wash again.

I got the Package 2 car wash and they use a dirty broom that will definitely leave scratches on your car’s paint so it’s not much of a “hand car wash.” On top of that, they’re open at random times and closed at random times. The hours listed on Google won’t help you and if you want to call ahead to see if they’re open, their phone number is out of service. Definitely not going back.

Amazing service. Quick, effective, affordable and courteous. I went there for car detailing service. They don't allow walk ins for that. Have to take an appointment and be prepared to drop the car off for 5 hours. Did not have that kind of time, although the cost was reasonable. So I said I will make an appointment for the detailing, why don't I just do a car wash. The manager said, the detailing includes the car wash and more, why spend twice? Honest and reasonable! But I was sick of looking at my soiled car, and the 5 hour window was not foreseeably close for me. So I went for a luxury car wash. While it was no thing compared to detailing, but it was the cleanest car wash I had in a long time. Will go back there again. Cons? It looks kinda run down. But don't be fooled. I have dined in a gourmet restaurant which has no signboard, and had entrance through a laundry. There were waiters far better dressed than me, and the food was phenomenal. So again, looks are sometimes deceiving.

I prefer to go to a hand carwash, they are friendly, efficient and their prices are reasonable. The guy asked for the service I need and he recommended the reasonably priced option, there was no highest price selling tactic. He offered what I would need and did a reasonably great job. I would recommend this place to people.
