wish could give it negative stars. They forgot 2 items and had to drive back to get them, while they still did not apologize or even compensated for the mistake they made. fries were soggy and cold, the famous bowl barely had chicken popcorn in it (there were literally about 5 pieces drizzled on top). DO NOT RECOMMEND. There is Wendy's within 10 feet of this establishment, please go there for better deal, food, and experience.

Service is bad. I made a mobile order and when I got to the place they had 1 customer I waited 15 minutes before I arrived and my order still wasn't ready. The woman behind the counter didn't make my order until I got there. Isn't the idea of making a mobile order as I have it ready before you get there. Plus the original chicken was oily and the chicken didn't have any flavor to it.

I wanted dark meat...legs n thighs The ladies working that night informed me that I'd have wait an extra 16 min til they had another batch done... I said ok... The one lady offered me a soda while I waited... I thought they were all terrific, the chicken was exceptional!! I believe 3 ladies were working there..thx, n nice job gals 😁

I went to KFC for lunch today. I pulled up to the window and was told I had to go inside. I ordered my food, they gave me 3 cups, no lids in the holder and I asked for a cup holder they don't have any and offered me a bag. Really?? I managed to get 2 of the drinks in the house the other one spilled out into the food bag.. I do not expect to find 2 bones in my Pot Pie when I buy one.... And when I ask for French Fries instead of Mashed Potatoes I dont expect to get home and find mashed potatoes. Last time I went to KFC I said I wouldn't go back there...Time to try Popeyes as KFC is officially off my list of places to eat.
