When a customer has bad service , namely having to wait an hour and a half to be get their meal, a free dessert or adjustment to our check should have been done. Won't be going baxkbusyshould have been advised

Honestly my opinion.thts to much of waiting time to be served your meal free desserts or cut in ck I agree. But personally I hv never had to wait tht long at Kobe's we eat thr all the time their service is always excellent their staff is very friendly the place is clean the prices great I just love eating at Kobe's I recommend this place to anyone to eat deliciousness 👌🥂🍷🍷🍷👌

We've NEVER waited THAT long and the longest we ever waited was about 30 mins cuz we got there just as they were ublocking their door!
