I think if adult guardian is present I've seen kids around 12. Call to make sure the policy.

That's about the only thing they don't have. Lacking in the free weights dept. But there is plenty of things to get the job done.

I think Extreme Family Fitness is the only gym in the Martinsburg area with a sauna.
