The past 2 months I have been trying to get my mountain heart straightened out. They give you the run around and then act as if ITS YOUR FAULT for their mistakes! Daycare wasn’t paid for, for 2 months!! The first month I was not aware of at alll until I called asking for a certificate. So now I’m left with a 1600 bill! If I could afford $800 a month for childcare then I wouldn’t be applying for MH obviously. I’ve faxed my information to them TWICE and they claim they didn’t receive it! But I have a confirmation slip from the office it was sent from. I’ve left messages for my case worker, no return phone call!! My first case worker was GREAT super nice and helpful with excellent communication skills, a YEAR AGO. shout out to Sommerville …

It's a shame the only time life cuts a break for essential workers this place constantly be littles you for mistakes made on THEIR half. Can't even get the daycares address right on the certificate ; so therefore daycare wasn't paid for and every phone call made about it, I'm given the run around or told to go in.
