Why is the staff so rude and so unprofessional? The office manager is just like a nightmare. She will gladly ignore your complaints. She will look down on you with ease, talk over You , scream at you. Gosh! Does she really want to work here?

I haven't had any real dealing with the rental office staff except Marco and he was great all around from the initial contact all the way up to I got my keys and moved in but unfortunately he no longer works here. But I do see they get a lot of negative reviews for their rental office staff.
