This property is ridiculous!!!!!!! They turn off your water, no notices sent out regarding the maintenance of it. No heads up or warning! They don’t answer the phone. I had to call numerous times in order to get an answer. Recertification still isn’t done. Still have not received my utility check. This site was better under Grady or at least when Ms. Diggins was the manager.

Apartment is nice but there are a lot of ghost in my bedroom and living room too. So, me and family are can’t sleep very well. I won’t be stay here anymore. Electric, water are not included. Thank you

I paid my rent on time every month, I got bank statements but the office sent me court letter .on top of that they sent me penalty lease renewal payment. I renewed my lease on time .I am so tired to call in the office to tell them they are wrong .YOU SHOULD HIRE PROFESSIONAL TOP EMPLOYEES WORK IN THE OFFICE. I made a mistake to renew my lease in this property.
