Actually its from brandywine river. Originally a phillies affilate back in 1940 to 1952 approx. It was a name chosen from a naming contest by the original founders. The blue rocks found in brandywine river. Rubble is a mascot that is a big blue rock with a mine tool for this reason. Rocky and mr. Celery mascots as well
