Hi Ricky, Residents need to get the list of guidelines from the rental office to go over with the potential installer. Satellite dishes can only be approved if the installation proposal meets the guidelines. Residents are required to provide proof of renter’s insurance in affect before it could be approved. There is a satellite dish addendum that needs to be signed by all adult residents of the apartment and the Property Manager. If you are interested, please stop by our office to get started.
