My wife and I went to a concert there and it was very nice, no need to bring binoculars or anything like that. The seating makes it very cozy to watch the entertainment there .

You may call the office & also go on line & view the seating. It can be a little hard to view but it'll give you an idea. There is balcony seating. Each section does have a different cost & depending on who you'd like to see, could cost more. They can tell you that when you reserve your seat. I thoroughly enjoy attending concerts there.
A Journey tribute band "Resurrection" performed at The Luhr's Center in June 2018. They were great. I have seen Journey several times and a few tribute bands but Resurrection was better than the last Journey concert that I saw with Arnel Pineda singing lead.
Depending on who you wish to see, they usually open the doors 90 minutes before the start of the concert.
It doesn't look like they are scheduled to come to Shippensburg.
