Bus broke down and now where just sitting here. I think giving some type of updates would have been the professional thing to do. The bus driver is no where to be found smh. I guess you get what you pay for

Had an emergency couldn’t board, try to contact customer service no answer. Tried again Monday didn’t want a refund just wanted to change the ticket 6-25 to the following Saturday to 7-2 . Keep in mind I have to pay for two more tickets.
